Bank Alfalah & KalSoft sign technology agreement! 

KalSoft Pvt Ltd. a leading integrated IT solution provider and Bank Alfalah have signed an agreement according to which KalSoft would be executing the complete IT integration project for Bank Alfalah, one of the most progressive institutions in the country with more than 200 branches in 74 cities. The agreement was signed by the representatives of Bank Alfalah and KalSoft Pvt Ltd.

Khurram Kalia CEO KalSoft in his statement said that this initiative is a rapid response to the customer’s demand of quality services and the information and integration challenges the corporate sector confronts every day. He said that the Solution is targeted for all banks that have Temenos or other MQ Series Compatible CBA and are looking for a Middle-ware solution.

Bank Alfalah’s purpose is to attain a functionally rich, scalable, integrated centralized banking system to establish top notch industry standards. Bank Alfalah has a distributed environment which needed to be integrated utilizing the current infrastructure to extract the optimum integration and communication standards that are continuing to evolve within the financial services industry. 

One of the major challenges facing BAFL was the real-time updates & validation of individual and consolidated data on both CBAs to ensure consistency, integrity and accuracy. 

KalSoft willassist BAFL in overcoming this challenge by delivering industry standards based service-oriented middleware solution built on the innovative .NET platform and SQL Server 2005. The solution is highly flexible & scalable fulfilling not only the current but also the future needs of BAFL.

The project will facilitate single client view across the enterprise and has the ability to support huge numbers of users with non-stop resilience. This initiative by KalSoft will provide a strong foundation to ensure the co-existence of their two applications Temenos and Bank Smart.
